Looking ahead at U.S. foreign policy for 2022

As this year comes to a close, there are several U.S. foreign policy concerns to keep be aware of going into 2022, including Russia-Ukraine relations, U.S.-China tensions and the increase in climate refugees around the globe.

Analysis today from two political scientists who focus on foreign policy in addition to our domestic scene, Sara Mitchell of the University of Iowa and Wayne Moyer of Grinnell College.

They also comment on the latest setback to Biden’s Build Back Better agenda, and the new policies outlined Tuesday in the face of the Omicron surge.

Guests:

  • Sara Mitchell, F. Wendell Miller Professor of political science at the University of Iowa
  • Wayne Moyer, Rosenfield Professor of political science at Grinnell College
