Distance Learning Creates Barriers For Some Special Ed Students

Students who require individual education plans, or IEPs may face additional challenges while schools are closed.

 

Educators, parents and students are all struggling to find their way through distance learning, but the challenges can be even greater for special education students.

On this episode of Talk of Iowa, host Charity Nebbe is joined by those who have participated in, advocated for and supported special education and personalized education planning across the state.
