IPR Morning Edition host Clay Masters talks with IPR State Government reporter Katarina Sostaric about some of the issues at the Iowa statehouse.

The Iowa House and Senate, both controlled by Republicans, are at odds over a health budget for the state. IPR's Clay Masters talks with IPR State Government reporter Katarina Sostaric about the differences between the two chambers. Plus, they discuss Gov. Kim Reynolds' reaction to the Derek Chauvin verdict last week in Minneapolis and whether any legislation might come out of it in Iowa.
