Jobless Claims Come As Some States Tighten Restrictions After Rising COVID-19 Cases

Unemployment claims numbers released on Thursday paint a complicated picture of the U.S. economy. The figure dipped slightly from last week but remains high as some states start to tighten lockdown restrictions after spiking COVID-19 rates.
