NPR's Don Gonyea reports about the many events which have occured today as the Gore and Bush camps battle in court over the Florida Presidential Election count. Early in the day, a Florida Distict judge decieded the Florida Secretary of State could certify the election results without including results from handcounts proceeding in some counties.
