A federal judge in Des Moines has temporarily blocked enforcement of Iowa's immigration law making "illegal reentry" a state crime that was supposed to go in effect on July 1. The USDA says there are now seven Iowa dairies with bird flu. The Glenwood Resource Center is one of two state-run facilities for people with severe disabilities, and it's going to close on June 30.
