The Iowa House and Senate have released their K-12 funding proposals, and the battle between Republicans and Democrats over adequate coronavirus mitigation protocols continues. The Senate has proposed a 2.2 percent increase and the House and governor have proposed a 2.5 percent increase in K-12 funding. That's in line with past couple of years.
