NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports from Hanoi that President Clinton was welcomed to Vietnam today under a towering picture of the late Vietnamese chairman Ho Chi Minh, the architect of America's defeat there 25 years ago. The President's first day in Vietnam was devoted to promoting his them that it was time for Americans to relate to Vietnam as a nation, not a war.
