Tony Dehner
Studio One HostTony Dehner got his start in radio at KUNI while a student at the University of Northern Iowa. After working the overnight shift for many years, Tony is now one of the hosts of IPR’s Studio One Tracks and Gas Money shows, and is also a contributing writer for the IPR website.
Tony is a passionate believer in the Iowa music scene, and likes to remind people that every musician was a “local musician” at the beginning of their career. He spends his free time trying to emulate his favorite musicians at home, on his own guitar. You can contact Tony at tdehner@iowapublicradio.org.
