Sustainable Business Practices

Elliot Hoffman founded his own successful business, Just Desserts, in San Francisco in 1974.  He’s moved that company into national distribution and is now working to help spread a philosophy of sustainability across the country through his latest venture “New Voice of Business.”  We’ll talk with Hoffman in advance of a visit to Iowa about how business can benefit the bottom line by adopting sustainable practices.  And we’ll hear from Iowa business owners and managers who have moved torwards "green" practices as a result of working with Hoffman.
