Head Start Program

The nation's largest program to help low-income pre-schoolers may be in for an overhaul. President Bush's new plans for Head Start include having pre-schoolers take a literacy test to assess how much they've learned in the program. Host Neal Conan and guests talk about the changes in store for Head Start and the best way to get kids ready for school.
