Tulip Time Festival Blooms Once Again In Holland, Michigan

This weekend, Holland, Michigan, is bringing back its annual Tulip Time festival. The celebration was canceled for the first time in its history last year due to the pandemic.

Steve Zwiep, the recently retired parks supervisor for the city of Holland, explains its significance.
