American and European alliance

America and Europe share a bond through history, economic and trade cooperation. These days they agree on very little. In his book, Paradise and Power: America and Europe in the New World Order, author Robert Kagan says the alliance between America and Europe is fraying. They have different ideas on Iraq and other urgent foreign policy matters. They frequently disagree on how and when to use of force. They even squabble over environmental conservation. Will the two continents ever just get along again? Join host Neal Conan and author Robert Kagan for a discussion about the state of the American and European alliance.
