Thursday brought news that U.N. weapons inspectors have found Iraqi warheads designed to carry chemical warfare agents. A U.N. spokesperson says 11 of the warheads are empty, but the 12th needs further testing. NPR's Pentagon correspondent, Tom Gjelten, joins Neal Conan to provide more details on this story.
