Noah talks with Douglas Kmiec, a professor of law at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, about the Bush challenge to the Florida Supreme Court decision requiring the state to include hand counts in its final tally of votes. The Bush camp has appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Gore campaign has responded with a filing. The US high court said today it will hear the case.
