Jello Museum

NPR's Andrea DeLeon reports from Leroy, New York on a museum dedicated to the wiggly-giggly stuff that put the town on the map: Jello. Pearl Waite's invention of the instant desert 103 years ago took flavored gelatin off the exclusive plates of the wealthy and into America's kitchen. And church socials haven't been the same since.
