NPR's Melissa Block reports from Tallahassee, where Democrats and Republicans traded charges of improper ballot manipulation in the Presidential voting in Florida. For instance, Republicans say Democrats excluded hundreds of overseas ballots from military personnel, and maintain that the manual re-counting process is rife with error.
