Wen Ho Lee, the scientist who has spent eight months in solitary confinement for allegedly mishandling nuclear secrets, will remain confined for the time being. On Friday an appellate court delayed Lee's scheduled release on bail. Critics of the government's case say Lee's detention has more to do with his race than with the evidence. Join Juan Williams and guests to discuss national security, justice and the racial politics of the Wen Ho Lee case.
