Every child in this country has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. When it comes to the virus itself, we have learned a lot in the past year about how it affects kids and passes between children and others and we’re learning more all the time.

In this edition of Talk of Iowa, host Charity Nebbe talks with pediatricians about COVID-19 and kids and vaccination, now that the Pfizer vaccine has received emergency use authorization for kids 12-15. Many teens in Iowa are already getting vaccinated
