Only 11 sites in Iowa are listed on the National Register of Historic Places as having played an important role in African American history. In this episode of Talk of Iowa, Charity Nebbe talks with those involved: Paula Mohr, architectural historian at the State Historical Society of Iowa, and Betty Andrews, president of the Iowa-Nebraska NAACP.
