As it’s done with almost every aspect of our lives, the pandemic has disrupted the once-a-decade practice of redistricting – the process by which new congressional and state legislative district boundaries are drawn.

The bill (SF 245) would’ve allowed Iowa college athletes to be the first in the nation to profit from the use of their names, likenesses and images.
