Kamala Harris Makes History As Vice-President Elect
Karen Kedrowski of Iowa State University and Wayne Moyer of Grinnell College join host Ben Kieffer on this "Politics Wednesday," edition of River to River.
According to the New York Times, after contacting election officials across the country representing both political parties there is no evidence that fraud or other irregularities played a role in the outcome of the presidential race. Over the last several days, the president, members of his administration, congressional Republicans and allies have put forth the false claim that the election was stolen from President Trump and have refused to accept results that show Joe Biden as the winner.
Later in the program, Kieffer speaks with Kedrowski and Moyer about the barriers Kamala Harris has broken as the Vice-President-elect.
