Continuing our conversations with Iowa candidates, Democrat J.D. Scholten who’s campaigning for Iowa’s 4th Congressional District seat joins the program.

On this edition of River to River, host Ben Kieffer speaks with Democratic candidate J.D. Scholten who’s vying for Iowa’s 4th Congressional District seat. In 2018, Scholten lost to incumbent Rep. Steve King by a few percentage points, but he faces a different opponent in this race – Republicans State Senator Randy Feenstra.

In the interview, Scholten outlines his priorities and addresses some of the major issues concerning western Iowa.
