During this program, we also take a look at the latest higher education news, and hear a conversation with Dr. Brian Privett, president of the Iowa Medical Society. The group was joined by thirteen other professional medical associations and groups in penning a letter to the governor requesting a statewide mask mandate earlier this week. As of the time of airing, the Iowa Medical Society had not received any direct response from Gov. Kim Reynold’s office.
