According to Orgeon Governor Kate Brown, federal troops will begin to withdrawfrom Portland, Ore.

In a wide-ranging hearing in front of the House Judiciary Committee yesterday, Attorney General William Barr gave his own view of recent protests across the country, including those in Portland, Oregon calling them “an assault on the government of the United States.”
