SCOTUS To Decide Whether Electors Can Vote Preference For President

On this edition of River to River, host Ben Kieffer speaks with legal scholars Todd Pettys and Paul Gowder from the University Of Iowa College Of Law for an analysis of cases, argued before the Supreme Court, that could chart a new course for abortion law. Also, a look at a case that could force presidential electors to vote a particular way and contemplation about the possibility of an election-year confirmation battle, in case of a High Court vacancy.
