Host Ben Kieffer talks with three journalists: Steve Berry, Sarah McCammon, and Dean Borg, who together have more than 100 years of work experience in journalism. Then, former Des Moines Police Chief Judy Bradshaw talks about how law enforcement has changed, and finally, Kieffer visits a blacksmith in Kalona to hear how that trade has endured into the 21st Century.
