Cancer-related deaths continue to decline in the U.S., and scientific breakthroughs are occurring at a breathtaking pace. But is this trend in jeopardy?

In this edition of River to River, we find out how Iowa is fairing in the fight against cancer, and what may be putting our continued advances against cancer at risk.
