The Waterloo-based band Dylan Sires & Neighbors are in the process of recording their third full-length album. The band played live for Studio One Tracks from the Basement venue of the Des Moines Social Club on Nov. 5, treating us to songs from that forthcoming album, plus, of course, DS & N favorites.
