The Black Keys' Turn Blue is the eighth studio album by the Akron, Ohio duo of Dan Auerbach (vocals,guitar) and Patrick Carney (drums). Actually, duo doesn't seem quite correct, as the co-songwriting and producing role of Brian Burton (Danger Mouse) has become an integral part of the the band. The Black Keys have slowly and steadily grown as artists, while simultaneously extending the reach of their soulful blues-rock to a wider audience.

This time out, the music is slower, more meditative, with the band wearing their psychedelic influences on their sleeve and their record's cover.
