You'll never look at dessert the same way again after Chef Katie teaches you how to make this Beet Poached Pear with Mascarpone & Rosemary Shortbread Cookie. About a week before class, Katie will email you recipes and a grocery and equipment list along with a Zoom link and helpful tips on getting connected. Gather all the ingredients and tools in your own kitchen, then watch while Katie demonstrates right alongside as you work.
