Why This Western Town's Police Force Gets High Ratings From Its Community

If you live in the U.S., you’re more likely to be killed by the police than in any other western nation.

But in Moses Lake, a small, working-class town in eastern Washington, activists say police are doing things right. Nate Hegyi of the Mountain West News Bureau reports.
