Uber, Lyft Seek To Take California's Proposition 22 Nationwide

Now that companies like Uber and Lyft have rewritten labor laws surrounding app-based drivers in California through Proposition 22, they now aim to take their campaign nationwide. In California, however, labor rights activists say the new laws amount to little, compared to existing state protections.
