Supreme Court Begins New Term With 8 Justices

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court begins a new term with just eight justices instead of nine. The court is set to hear a number of significant cases virtually amid a looming confirmation process for a Supreme Court nominee and an election less than a month away.
