Delta Says It Will Not Furlough More Flight Attendants

Airlines are waiting on Congress to authorize more government assistance, but there doesn’t seem to be any coming.

Last week, United announced 16,370 employees will be furloughed when payroll restrictions attached to the previous federal bailout expire in October. Delta, however, says it will not have to furlough any more flight attendants this year.
