As COVID-19 pummels state budgets, Wyoming has made major cuts across its agencies.
The Health Department alone will shoulder more than a third of those cuts, and we check in with Tim Thornell, president and CEO, of Cheyenne Regional Health System who will now have to close a program for the elderly.
