Trump Administration Opts Out Of International Coronavirus Vaccine Effort

The Trump administration announced this week it will not take part in an international effort to test, produce and distribute a COVID-19 vaccine. More than 170 countries are in talks to participate in the COVID-19 Vaccine Global Access (Covax) Facility, which aims to speed vaccine supplies.
