President Trump is set to deliver remarks Wednesday in Atlanta, Georgia. But it’s his speech in the Rose Garden on Tuesday that startled Washington.
The president took the opportunity to rail against rival Joe Biden for more than an hour. Earlier in the day, he also defended the Confederate flag and downplayed police violence against Black Americans.
