Coronavirus Weakens Weather Forecasting As Hurricane Season Begins

Between international travel restrictions, stay-at-home orders and quarantines, national and international commercial airline travel has come to a virtual halt. While that might be good for reducing viral spread, it’s not good for meteorology.

CNN Meteorologist Allison Chinchar ( @AllisonChinchar) joins host Robin Young to explain why that’s happening and the potentially serious consequences the lack of information may bring.
