We've got music by Swiss composer Ludwig Thuille later in the hour. First, we hear a short piece by a student of Thuille, Ernest Bloch. It's "Prayer" from the suite "From Jewish Life." Cellist is Yuli Turovsky, who also leads I Musici de Montreal (ee MOO-zee-chee). (Chandos 8800)
