North And South Korea

North Korea continues to defend its decision to reactivate nuclear facilities frozen under a 1994 agreement with the United States. The U.S. and South Korea are urging North Korea to change its mind. NPR's Eric Weiner is in Seoul, South Korea discusses the latest with guest host Jacki Lyden. (4:30)
