It's been said that guitarist Agustin Barrios had the interpretive powers of Andres Segovia and the virtuosity of Paganini. And he was a pretty decent composer too. We hear guitarist Jason Vieaux in concert in Philadelphia. He plays first "Julia Florida" and then the Waltz, Op. 8, No. 4, both by Barrios.
