Making Divorce Harder

GUESTS: Colleen Arnold President, Americans for Divorce Reform Rosalind Barnett Director, Center for Community, Family and Work, Brandeis University Senior Scientist, Women's Studies, Brandeis University Paul Amato Professor of Sociology, Pennsylvania State University Some states are trying to make it harder for couples to get divorced. Louisiana, Arizona and now Arkansas have passed laws to help reduce the high divorce rate and keep families together. Will changes in divorce laws reduce the divorce rates?
