This week Congress plans to vote on a proposed repeal of workplace rules issued last year. The new rules would provide pay for workers disabled by repetitive stress injuries. They would also require employers to redesign work stations and equipment. Opponents say the rules are impractical, cost too much and infringe upon states' rights. Join Juan Williams and guests for a look at the health and safety of American workers.
