Guests: ANDY BOWERS NPR Reporter MIKE GREEN Senior Fellow, Council of Foreign Relations Former Adviser to the Pentagon AYAKO DOI Editor, Japan Digest (daily electronic summary of news from Japan) President George W. Bush recently sent an envoy to Japan to apologize for the collision between a US submarine and a Japanese trawler.
