The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on Friday from lawyers for George W. Bush and Al Gore about the constitutionality of a ruling by the Florida Supreme Court. At issue is whether the Florida Supreme Court violated a federal law by allowing manual recounts to be included in the certified vote tally.
