Florida Tobacco Controversy

NPR's Adam Hochberg reports on another ruling from the Florida Supreme Court- this one on a tobacco controversy. The seven justices reinstated a 750 thousand dollar to a smoker who sued the nation's third largest cigarette maker, Brown & Williamson. It's only the second time a tobacco company has been ordered to pay damages.
