Chineese Weapons Dispute

China has promised not to sell missiles or components to countries developing nuclear weapons. NPR's Ted Clark reports the U.S. State Department has waived sanctions against China based on this promise, but will still maintain sanctions against Pakistan and Iran, two countries that bought the weapons technology. Critics say China should still be punished.
