NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports from Hanoi that President Bill Clinton arrived in Vietnam late tonight. He is thefirst serving U.S. president to visit the communist country that defeated America in war 25 years ago. Tens of thousands of Vietnamese turned out in Hanoi to welcome President Clinton. An official welcoming ceremony takes place tomorrow.
