Quinn Kleinfelter reports on a ruling in favor of Dow Chemical, the corporate parent of Dow Corning, which was sued for making faulty breast implants in the 1990's. A federal judge decided Dow Chemical can not be sued. This ruling could pave the way for payments to be made under a settlement reached years ago with Dow Corning.
